Palms Place Hotel

We had a suite on the 35th floor. It was very nice and the location is perfect. Not far from the strip. The palms casino was in the building next to palms place and you could reach it through a tunnel that connects the buildings. I also recommend visiting the Gold Coast casino, which is a locals casino where cards get shuffeled by hand.

Several issues with the three rooms; took over two hours to have someone come and fix the TV. Issues with the bill; had to go back to the front desk several times. The front desk attendants were almost annoyed and bothered, from the tome of check in to reporting issues to check out. The location is great if you have to travel around the city and not want to stay on the strip, but close to the action. Send noodles: solid spot. The Hostesses were great and the food was worth the wait. Overall: 3.5 experience.

Our room and view was amazing. That staff was friendly. We had a problem with a bathroom sink draining slowly. We called the front desk and they sent someone up immediately, however, the problem remained later that day. The location was great and the restaurants in the hotel are amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Natasha with the glasses, tattoos, cowboy hat, and nice nails, is one of the best things about this hotel resort. She gave me wonderfully amazing customer service and I truly appreciate her for that. This hotel/casino is actually pretty nice. It was expensive, and I got different deals for better prices after I already booked and stayed. Yet it's really nice. They could do a much better job of cleaning the rooms. For the amount of casino competition in the area, I'd think they'd be more mindful about stuff like that. Yet and still, I'll be back, but I'll go through a 3rd party company to insure that I'm getting the best price.

this is a great place to stay If you don't want to be exactly on the strip. it was easy to get in and out of, didn't have to pay for parking and had all the amenities of a strip casino. but the best part about it was being able to get in and out of it without it taking 30 minutes each way. The rooms were well appointed and very luxurious. in a city full of world-class rooms... this place did not disappoint

We stayed at Palms Place for 6 nights through Strip View Suites and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was excellent—communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The environment was quiet and relaxing, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable the entire stay. We highly recommend Strip View Suites and will definitely choose them again the next time we come to Las Vegas!

The palms place is a great alternative to the palms hotel as well as the strip. The rooms are large and makes you feel at home. There is a walkway to enjoy all the amenities of the palms hotel including the casino. Make sure to pay for the tidy up service per day as it is not included in the insane pricing. The value is incredible

I love it more than staying at a strip hotel, however night shift employees are very respectful and nice, BUT during the day you will find all variety of rudeness in the front desk and bell service. I put an empty luggage outside my door and received a very nasty call from the front desk saying I had to pay for it blah, blah, blah. I did not see they have a garbage room next to the elevator, the rudeness wasn’t necessary. The garbage was an empty luggage that got broken when the valet guy was taking it out of the car. 2- the valet (a guy) requested $25 for taking a box of water and a grocery bag to the room, because they don’t allow you to use the carts. The bell service should be based on tips, not charges. I had hurt my back, so I paid the $25 which was more of the actual grocery list I had. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.
